Noooo, mine was shipped from the boutique and it was not folded. I don't think I've seen anyone receive one folded. It's so small, why would they do that?! That is disappointing. You can also take a blow dryer on low heat inside the bag for few seconds and then immediately stuff it. I have done this with bigger speedies and it works over time.

I thought it was really odd- especially as she sent me pictures and video of it before it shipped. It was shipped from the boutique and no holiday package:)
I will see how it does after a few days stuffed with the air bags. If not I will try the blow dryer.

That stinks. I got mine last year around the holidays and I asked for the holiday packaging but they were out, so maybe that was the case. Your creases aren't deep, so the air bags and normal use will work too.

Thank you! Oh well, I’m not too bothered about the packaging. Hopefully the creases will leave- not that I can actually go anywhere though:):)

Apparently the holiday packaging has issues with color transfer so they are no longer giving it out until a new version is available that does not bleed color. I hope your creases come out!

I hope the creases come out too! I texted the SA to see if she’s the one who actually packaged it up like that, but haven’t heard back from her.
