I can’t seem to find a thread so if I’m wrong please point me in the right direction. Is there a way to shorten the nano speedy strap without physically cutting etc. It would be my first LV bag and I’m 5’2 and the strap just doesn’t sit quite where I want it. The price point is perfect for me and I love small bags but is there another you think may be better at same price. Or do you think they will come out with something similar with a removable strap. Although I believe that’s what it’s cheaper because you can’t re-use it x

My nano just arrived this morning comparing next to speedy de 25. It’s too small (for me) to carry by handles so only carry as crossbody but if the strap is removable and would change it to the Pochette Métis strap instead. Surprisingly, it can pack all my essentials such as compact zippy purse, card holder, 4 key holder, car key, a mini brolly and a pair of glasses without case. It holds same as the Chanel classic flap medium and definitely a lot more than LV PA, Chanel mini and woc.

Oooo thanks for the comparisons! I have the Chanel classic flap and it’s the perfect size for me so glad this compares! Have you figured a way to remove the strap?

Although I have no intention to sell it but still don’t want to change it without ruining its original design. As showing on photo, there’s the point where the leather joins together and it will take a lot of works to remove the stitching neatly. Unless you don’t want to use the original strap, it’s better to let the professional to do the job, maybe adding a clasp to make the strap into removable like the Pochette Métis. Also by changing design of the strap, it may effect the warranty and LV may not do any repairs if arises.

Congrats! Mines arrived this afternoon! I can't belive you can fit a mini brolly inside your nano speedy? Would you mind telling me what brand of brolly it is? x

My new baby nano speedy with Daddy Speedy(30B) and Mummy speedy(25):P:heart: I'm 5ft1 uk size 12. It sits on me perfectly crossbody- was initially worried as strap is non adjustable but so glad it's worked out! Definitely impressed with its capacity!

Got them from House of Fraser and brand is Fulton. Very small and lightweight brolly for one person. I can also put it inside the Chanel mini rec too but not as spacious as nano speedy.
