That sounds about right, the nano Speedy also seems to be in higher demand when compared to the nano Noe.
No, an organizer takes up way too much space. If I want organization, I just use my mini pochette inside the Nano.
Help! Should I keep waiting for a nano speedy or just get a preloved mini speedy hl off ebay? I like that the mini doesnt have the permanent strap (i have the 16mm mono strap to use) even though i could cut off that vachetta strap on the nano (but that is if i ever manage to get one). For those that have both the mini and nano speedy which do you prefer? Is there a significant size difference? Does the permanent strap on the nano bother you?

How about just a piece of cardboard cutout as a base shaper? In general I find all my bag organizers reduces the bag's capacity by a significant amount. For example, I can fit WAY more in my Neverfull and Speedy if I don't use one. I actually don't use one in my Neverfull anymore because the bag becomes bulky and annoying to use...I mainly wanted the organizer as a base shaper because some items (like my phone) causes weird wrinkling when I’m using the bag. Purchased a Nano W from fashionphile. Didn't realize how extra tiny it was, was able to fit a key pouch, 6-key holder, and the smallest kirigami. My iphone XS is able to fit laying on its side. Not sure if I will keep it, but it is so cute and in pretty good condition (minor glazing issue on one handle, tiny smoothing on the corners). Decisions, decisions.
Compared it to my Nano Noe and the Noe is roomier, lol I never thought I would ever consider my Nano Noe a “larger” purse.Oh, wow! It is indeed very small. I couldn’t imagine a bag smaller than the nano Noe or Alma... but it is very nice though!
I do not cinch the noe all the way close (for easier access to my phone) and have not had any problems with anything falling out.
