My heart broke when these happened after using the bag 3 times:
- 'split' chap
- cracking around the stitching of the strap
Should I request for store credit? My SA says she may not get a new piece and the solution is to send it in for repairs :crybaby:

Oh, no! I was admiring your original pic of the bag a few days ago. Will you send it in for repair?

Hi, I'm in talks with my SA and will be seeing her next week to explore the options. She did text to say that she will take in the bag for replacement of strap and chap, if I'm agreeable to repairs.

FYI, the Nano I ordered from the website just arrived, and the date code indicates that it was made the week of September 10th. Maybe it's worth double-checking the availability of the bag???

Finally found time to visit the store today after deciding to return the nano speedy.
My SA says it's next to impossible to receive a new piece and arranged for store credit.

FYI, I managed to order the nano speedy US online today. I am hoping the strap will work crossbody on me. I returned the Favorite in DE which was about the same price because of the closure being risky and not liking the way the strap attaches on one side through the D ring without a metal clip. I think more may be appearing if anyone is interested because the website says check back soon for availability.

So exciting! I wear mine crossbody, but I’m not really tall-5’6
