Dear ML lovelies.. I've been wanting a ML for 2 years. My BIL is on biz trip and he manage to be shown 1 from H Boutique. As I've alot of noir+GHW bags (picotin. CTG. B35), I was hoping for other colours ML but the shop only has this.. Should I go for it or miss the chance and wait for it like 4ever in my country H boutique?
I personally would definitely go for it. I think it would make a staple bag in your collection, and you can always wait for a different colour to add to your collection from your home store.
Quick questions to you all ML owners... would you prefer the one w/ more durability (TC) or the color that fits your wardrobe more? I'm talking about [gold] vs [sesame].
The gold is like the forever staple and will never die, plus the TC leather so less scary for scratches, but sesame is just so much brighter!
Which one would you pick?
(I do wear dark grey jeans once in a while during fall/ winter but mostly lighter colored pants/jeans/skirts)

What leather is the Sesame one in? The mini Lindy is so small I don’t think the colours matter that much in terms of matching your wardrobe, and I’d personally go for Sesame over Gold.
Thanks for replying! The sesame was in swift and from my understanding it gets scratched easier than TC.

It depends on how much you are going to use the bag.. the TC is durable but Swift takes colours so beautifully. The corners will get the most wear in Swift leather however I believe it can be spa’d. It'll be used daily and all seasons like my Apple Watch lol.
The Swift leather I've seen before were just so... smooth and sweet (?)! Really beautiful for sure, but I'll have to spare my heart on the bag when using one. On the other hand, going with gold will ever be the wrong choice with anything H!
Swift is much more durable than you think! I have a Birkin in Swift and a Kelly in Gulliver (Swift’s predecessor), both are in excellent condition despite their ages and constant daily use. I don’t baby my bags either. And the hand feel is just… divine

Looks like I don't need to avoid Swift then hehe~I think the prices are resealable? Sesame and gold are both 90% new. Sesame is at $3k above retail and gold is $6k more though. Sesame's seasonal, so it's not like it's gonna be offered by SA as often as the gold color? (not that ML is that easy to acquire though lol)
