This is indeed very interesting because I remember commenting on this specific CW as being the only one with a contrast hem. What I then noticed is that some other designs on H.com have the same issue, only one CW has a contrast hem as opposed to that being a feature of the design. It's odd but I wouldn't put it past H to make errors, which is really terrible considering their price point and the slowness with which they issue their designs. If DC doesn't have the hem, I'll be more interested in it so thanks for this @Julide. I suppose the only way we'll find out for sure is for someone to order it online or see it in boutique.

yeah, they have done contrast hem on some colorways of designs and not others. My most recent case is with the 2020 promenades de Paris with the striped hem. I assumed they all had the striped hem but my SA located the black and orange for me and when I went into the boutique to pick it up, we both noticed it had no striped hem! I didn’t buy it haha.

Hmmm , yes they have had such hem issues in the distant past, but seem to have solved those with better quality control
Maybe the quality control dept has not come back from the COVID layoffs ??

PS the acid test - to see if Quality Control issue on hemming and cutting - measure scarf - is it 90cm ? or 70cm ?

For ex, on black cw, to make a white CH appear, they cut the silk bigger than usual- scarf winds up bigger than 90

For a new fancy hem (stripes, spots etc) to disappear, you cut the fabric too small, cut off the spots - scarf gets smaller than 70

If they intended a type of hem, then size should be correct

This pink is fabulous! It is very different from what is on the site and I was curious to see it. What a beautiful tone, so juicy and IRL seems warmer than I expected it to be. Cannot wait for the full reveal - keep us posted while we all water our money trees!

I can’t seem to find cw 05 of Duo Cosmique in this thread?
It’s been available on the French website for at least a week and a half, and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it!

Unfortunately it has proven impossible to capture the colors correctly in pics, so please keep that in mind :sad: Some pics are too light, some too bright, some too dark… I guess the actual irl colors are somewhere in between! The pic where I tried to edit it to be more accurate (pic 2) probably looks worse than the original did…:facepalm:
The colors are quite autumnal, so I probably won’t use it for a few months, but it would look great with summery colors like peach as well if one wanted to wear it during the summer months.

I've had my eye on this as well. It's stunning. Congratulations! This just confirms to me that I need this design in my life. But maybe will need to wait until they're in store to find a viable option. Enjoy and wear it in good health.
