This Cosmographia Universalis captured me with the pinks and blues, will see if they continue to win over the yellows, but I have several dominant blues already. A beautiful scarf, luscious colors that play havoc with my iPhone photos: the clouds can photograph white straight-on, orange is more red IRL and the leopard is more blue. maybe a challenge for confirming authenticity by photos alone.

Hi all! I really like Mountain Zebra in Vert/Brun/Terracott (cw 11). I love the design, and it would be absolutely perfect for my fall wardrobe, which tends heavily towards rusty reds/browns/greens. My boutique didn't have it in stock when I visited a couple weeks ago, but it seems like there are still scarves in this cw floating around at least on non-US H sites. At the time I didn't think to ask about a transfer or checking to see if other US boutiques have it in stock.

Does anyone have experience requesting a scarf be transferred to their boutique? I know this can be done fairly easily within the same country; if there isn't one in the US, is there away to bring one in internationally? Are there additional costs associated with this? Is there a specific term for having this done?

Thanks in advance! I'd done some quick searches on the forums and I've seen people refer to having something like this done, but I didn't run across a thread specifically dealing with how to do it/what the details are like; please let me know if I missed one!

My SA easily transfers items for my from other stores in the country without any special circumstances. It’s the items that are out of country that require deposits and such.

Does anyone have an in real life pic of Fouets et Badines Bandana 140 CSGM in colour way 04 blue orage? I did a search but couldn’t find anything. I’m just wondering about the tone of this blue...

My latest purchase from the US online store: Bolduc au Carre scarf 90, orange/vieux rose/blanc, H002408S 33

Although orange can be a challenge with my cool pallor, I decided to commit to this one because I just love it. It works with jeans, navy blues...I am liking the way the bolduc pattern is very easy to style because it is so uniform; I usually choose more variegated designs. I also have Cosmographia in this "color family" and love it, orange/soleil/pink. I did not do a side-by-side comparison of the two but I see hints of the "soleil" in this one as well.

I am posting some mod shots in different lighting: artificial light indoors, natural light (window) indoors, low light indoors, and natural light outdoors. I feel like this scarf will be very interesting in low light situations, once we can safely return to bars and music venues again!

I'm toying with a Peuple du Vent as my next (second) CSGM. (My only other is Kawa Ora in gris chine/rose/vert in case that makes a difference). I'm torn between the naturel/bordeaux or the gris chine/marine. I love the bordeaux but I also love the gris chine. Marine and bordeaux are both great neutrals that would work nicely with my wardrobe. I've seen mod shots of the gris chine/marine but not the naturel/bordeaux.

Thoughts, opinions, and mod shots in particular are welcome! I really need to see the naturel/bordeaux mod shots before I can feel certain one way or another.

TIA! :drinks:

@MAGJES - That cw of Mountain Zebra is stunning, especially when styled as above. I have two colorful cws of MZ (blue/gold and that wildly bright multicolor one that Fifi wears to perfection), but this one has the eye catching dark versus light contrasts which are just so vividly beautiful. I have been thinking about adding this one to my collection as I have nothing like it at all, and it would be perfect against anything white, black or brown, colors that I do have in my wardrobe.

Yes! The dark vs. light aspect is what appealed to me when I was eyeing this colorway. I’ve found that it was a very unique addition.

@LKBNOLA
I saw in the 2021 scarf thread that you were looking for this Mountain Zebra colorway. Here are some pics I’ve taken in the past and not posted in this thread.

Oh, you're making me want to "compromise" and get this one! I generally try to avoid repeating designs and I really have my eye set on the vert/terracot cw if I can ever track it down, but this is so striking, and actually readily available on h.com!
