Scarves ........The Hermès Fall/Winter 2019 Scarves...........

They did a nice job on the pics. A little more realistic now with actual clothes people actually might wear and they put some MAKEUP on her. I’d never understood why they put lovely scarves on a model and then no makeup to finish the canvas, as it were.

So I was walking by the Hermes store today and couldn't resist the Sirens of Hermes calling me name....

Just report what the Toronto has in stock:
- The House of Scarves CSGM (just saw one - tan coloured)
- Act III CSGM - I saw a lovely blue CW and an orange (the orange came home with me!) pictures below
- 90 silk bolduc, several CWs
- 90 silk French Patesseri - I tried on blue/yellow; orange with pink trim (cw 16 [posted above) and a red white (cw 10, the only one I remember because I liked it the best); its quite cute
- The blurry Brides de Gala - several CWs
- Rainbow Jungle Love 90 silk - several CWs
- also washable silk red tone of the Horses Head (sorry can't remember the proper name of this scarf.)
Didn't buy any silks - holding out for the Zebra scarf by Alice Shirley and the Index Palmarum
Haven't checked to see if any scarves are on the Canadian website.

I wonder if there will be a noir/grey/blanc "colour family" this season. Wouldn't that be great? I'm hoping to see more designs so we can test this guess of mine.

The colour families for the women scarves are:
Cassata Tutti Frutti (multiple colours)
Bleus Fumoir (blue/yellow)
La Vie en Orange (orange/tomato red)
Cuir et Tweed (brown/neutral)
Rose Denim (pink/blue/coral)
La Vie en Rouge (red/white/black)

(So no actual colour family noir/grey/blanc but of course that doesn’t mean there won’t be any scarves in those colours.)

So the Index Palmarum I got on Monday is actually new season.
It's love at first sight and I didn't ask to see any other colorway.

This is exquisite!
