I love that tie! And not only does it show off the happy couple, but the thin lines make such a nice diagonal across the body, which is also very flattering !

I was starting to worry that I wouldn't find a CW of La Cite Cavaliere that worked for me, until I finally tried this one this past weekend. I know this CW has been posted a few times already, but I was just too excited not to share!View attachment 4538884

Thank you, this is gorgeous and the CW I am waiting for. Left the green blue CW in store last night...my store will get the blue/pink but of course no one knows when...

This pic helps because even the scarf block is not exactly true to colour...

tlamdang this looks beautiful! Could you update us on how this held up throughout the day? Did you have to keep adjusting, did the silk get big wrinkles if you sat down for a while, etc...

tlamdang this looks beautiful! Could you update us on how this held up throughout the day? Did you have to keep adjusting, did the silk get big wrinkles if you sat down for a while, etc...

It held up very well throughout the night, I didn't see a lot of wrinkles because We had dinner for about 1 hour, then we stood around for the rest of the night. I didn't have to keep adjusting it except after restroom break. Got a lot of nice compliment on this style from strangers, mostly from the young generation above 20 and below 35.
So No big wrinkles, No sliding, no adjustment ( except after restroom break ) enjoy.
Oh the bigger belt will work too
my DH call this style Big Napkin style because when I sat down, it did look like I had a napkin on my lap ( an expensive one )
