As far as I know it's been sold out for months and they don't expect any new shipment since they're making room for 22A. Your best bet is to find a SA at the boutique and hopefully they're kind enough to look up the inventory daily for you on any potential return.

I just started shopping at chanel. Don't have a SA I'm close with. I'm about to pay 8.5k for the bag

I am not new to Chanel! And I paid over retail for the black large heart as well….if you love it, just bite the bullet…mine arrived and it is the second time I had seen one in real life, and it is beautiful. My style is not cutsie or overly feminine(heart wearing) either, and to me the black leans more edgy/ cool…there is something about this bag in black specifically for me!!!

Like @Lookelou has mentioned, this bag is really hard to come by right now even for clients who have long established relationship with their SA's. Even back in April it took my SA quite some time to hunt down the belt version for me, she had to negotiate with another SA from another boutique for a swap/transfer. Also that time they had the large purple one in stock but couldn't just sell it as first come first serve basis, they had to go by the waiting list. If you really love the bag just get it now before the stock become to dwindle even more, I've seen better prices on Vestiaire than Fashionphile, plus you can negotiate with the sellers. Otherwise, there are some really nice bags from the new collection too, if you decided the bag isn't worth over retail and rather put it toward a CF.

I had bad experience with vestiaire. I bought a counterfeit LV backpack before. So I'm staying away from them
