I bought my casual journey last month in Paris Cambon boutique the serial number start with 21, and of there is a receipt when buying with credit card !!! This is also an invoice comes with, it's automatically done.

She said I can go to any chanel store to double check and she mentioned we only need invoice comes with the envelop for later maintaining, we don't actually need the receipts. She also shows me her banking transaction that month. Seems strange but the picture she provide is perfect. Anyway, thanks again for your kindness.

She doesn't want to give you the credit card receipt maybe just to protect the private card infos.
I think with the invoice would be enough.
I personally don't know of any but do you have a Chanel SA you work with? You can always ask them to seek one out for you. Otherwise your best bet is the pre-loved route. Sorry I can't be of more help. I bought mine pre-loved since I have no boutiques close to me. Good luck!!!
I had the same search recently and as of last month a few boutiques still had them, but now it seems to be completely dry and discontinued. I accepted this fact and bought a pre-loved off of Fashionphile and LOVE it. the quality is spot on, great condition. feels new.

Great choice! That's where I bought mine from and I'm completely satisfied with it. Fashionphile is awesome I've bought 3 items from them and have never had an issue. Each item was as described or better actually!! Yoogis Closet and The Real Real are a couple other good ones too. Let us know if you find one!
