Hi there!
I have two metallic Voyous, silver and blue. The leather is super soft and not plasticky at all. The handfeel is very different to my red and tan colored ones. Even the feel between the tan and red is very different. I was very pleasantly surprised at the softness of the coated metallics. I can't say much about longevity, yet. They may be a bit more prone to rubbing, the blue moreso than the silver, imo. Either way, they're great bags and so easy to carry. I may be slightly obsessed with them...

Ok update! They launched the bag in new colours and a different leather treatment. Previously, the lining was canvas and now it’s suede which means the bag is slightly heavier and also not as slouchy as the previous iteration. But the brown leather is really TDF and so yummy…. I’m low key regretting not buying the previous bag 😭 they don’t seem to stock them in stores now

thanks for replying!omg i love your collection - every single one, but the red is especially fabulous. the buckles x 8 really make the different-coloured hardware pop! u mention the leather feels great… it looks more grained than the tan, so is it more sturdy? or still very soft?
if the new suede-lined bags are less soft i’m gonna have to hunt in the resale market because the slouch is non-negotiable!
The red has less shine to it than the tan and feels more grainy/pebbly. The tan has some kind of top coating whereas the red doesn't. It feels more "luxe" to me this way and is still very soft and smooshy. They all need some training to make the top fold down nicely.hey ears

The new ones with the suede interior look gorgeous, esp the mustard and chocolate.
I don't like the price tag, though. Will wait for a super deal like my others.

but they’ve dropped the two-tone metal, alas!

You can definitely find great deals on resale sites. I got all of mine way under retail and in brand new condition. But do your due diligence, there are quite a few fakes out there. I almost purchased an apple/lime green fake a while ago...yikes!

wonder if the fact that givenchy tweaks details every season helps or hinders.I got this is light grey about two months ago and have been loving it. I’m trying not to let recency color my view too much, but this may be the best bag I have!
First, the light grey goes with everything. Second, the mixed metals also go with everything and give the bag such a cool look. The hardware gives the bag an edge and simultaneously dresses it up a bit, but the general slouch shape keeps it comfortable and not too dressy, so it’s great for day-to-night. And the best thing is that it’s so comfortable! The strap is not too thin and not too thick. It’s also very flexible, so it nestles into your shoulder very securely. Does not slip off. It’s the perfect shoulder bag, but also changes to crossbody very easily without having to carry an extra strap. It’s even a pretty good crossbody because it’s got a narrow profile so it doesn’t stick out from the body too much. But even though the profile is narrow because the sides are loose, it has great capacity. It looks so cool on the shoulder with the silver and gold and the add slouch, I can’t take it, lol.
I got it in tumbled leather and it looks and smells amazing. I thought I would have a problem with the fact that it has no proper closure, but even that was well thought out. Because the front and back panels curve upward a bit, and it’s so supple, you just kind of fold the flaps over each other. I haven’t had anything spill out and it’s super easy to get my stuff.
