This was actually shipped to me in error. It is gorgeous IRL. I took it out of the box, put it up to my face, and it washed all the color out of my complexion. I'm used to having bright bold colors, and so then ordered the red and blue, with the green border. It's a debate whether it's colorway eight or nine, as it was wrong on the website.

It really was a beautiful piece, but it was not for me. I'm sure it would look great on others, but I need brighter colors near my face. The orange was not enough. Every scarf I've ever owned has been red, blue, purple, or bright green. It's just me. Someday maybe I'll find a neutral that will look good on me, but I've yet to find it. So, I'll keep plugging along with all the vivid colors. [emoji4]

I tried this on at my store. The colourway is beautiful in IRL but when I tried it on the orange & black read too "Halloween" for me (especially with a black outfit which I wear a lot of) . Probably in the minority here -just my opinion - so I'm waiting for another cw.

Today, we've been to Sèvres with my friend to check if the Gavroche l've bough for her was really perfect.

Finally, she kept the first one, bravo to me!

There was the twilly Bride de gala love in the cw I was looking for but, fool of me, I decided to wait a little. The SA kindly said it will not stay long in the shop. And she was right, the moment I replace it, another SA took it for another customer !!

Can't resist any longer. They came home with me. This is a season for me to add all the colors that I don't normally think of to my collection.

Duo d'Etriers

CW 11
Vert / Parme / Bleu

Really love the parme on it. It makes the scarf unexpected and balanced.

Rouge / Bordeaux / Jaune Vif

Other than the fact that I've been on a Bordeaux kick lately, it's a nice touch to tone down an otherwise too bright-colored scarf.
