Hi Elaine, no, I have not paired the marine with black. I think it would be quite a dark look overall, but that is my feeling. I prefer wearing it with the opposite colors for some reason. So my white goes with my charcoal, grey and navy tops and coats. This one looks great with khaki, white, cream and pale pink. HTH.!

I have to say, the third one (Étrier something) looks the best on you. The softer colors and patterns compliment and flatter your skin tone and facial features ❤

The first is the jardin maharani detail( I am NOT wearing a purple top, that is from the scarf)
Second is les voitures- liked the colors in this- like it much better tied than flat.
Forgot the name of the third one, but CRoisette has already beautifully modeled that one.
I also want to try the CSGM with the artists paintbox that has a light background and pastels( none in stock)
I welcome any comments or advice!

Thank you so much for posting eight colorways. The Into the Canadian Wild is my favorite scarf, potentially ever, (and that's saying a lot as I've collected for almost 25 years). I'm a Canadian expat and it brings together my heritage and love for Hermes scarves. I haven't been able to find (or even see) all of the cw's you posted here. I have four now and am working on finding more. I don't mind if I don't get any other scarves for the next little while. This one is so intricate, complex and colorful, that combined with the emotional pull for me, makes it worth it. Thank you so much again!!!
