Some of you might know that I'm determined to get scarves with the color Vert Amande from 2017 FW. Here comes my first Vert Amande. I don't think this CW is shared yet or online. A very elegant and harmonic color palette.

This is a beautiful outfit! I giggled when you sent out the warning about choosing outfits before shopping at H.
I end up buying scarves that match whatever I am wearing that day. Even when I wear a white or black shirt, I always come home with more than what I originally thought I'd purchase.
You picked 2 great ones. I especially love this Horsawards CW. My store is somehow a bit slow on receiving scarves this season. I really hope that there will be this CW in store soon before I travel or that they will get a lot of inventory so that this will still be around when I'm back in town. I'll look forward to your mod shots.
I'm sure it will get better. I just heard that they're trying to push online sale, especially in the U.S..
Seriously. I think SAs have hidden cameras installed somewhere around us, maybe a chip under our skin so they know exactly what we're wearing to the store before we arrive and are so prepared to present us the best pairing scarves and whatever tag along!

I spoke to the cs person I've come to think of as my "online SA" since we've spoken, and emailed, quite a few times over the past few weeks; according to her it's definitely only the new season that is affected by the switch-up issue.
Today I received a small "apology pack" (remember I was complaining about there being no compensation, earlier?), for the problems I've had with Space Shopping.
Perhaps also worth noticing is that I emailed them, after finally receiving the correct scarf - and nothing else - expressing my surprise at the way they handled the issue. I have also sent 2(!) detailed emails with screenshots to explain.
While it's quite baffling how long it appears to take to fix the problems, I for one still feel quite confident ordering online, but I will be paying extra attention to the color descriptions, that's for sure!
