the color is not white, is natural, if you look at the first pic, you can see the exact color of the background of the shawl compared against the white of the paper of the box.
if you need I can make a comparison with brandebourg or cavalleria in red and white, just to understand the true color.

Thank you so much for this! I've been desperately trying to get this design. IRL it is even better than I expected...as soon as I saw they were finally available, I ran to get mine. Will arrive from Rome this week.

For those of you in Europe who would like this design in this particular CW, it appears the majority of these are in Italy (Milan, Rome, Venice) and there is one also in Marbella and in Madrid. At least that was the case this afternoon...

May I introduce my HG of scarf. The Cavalleria d'Etriers in CW05. This is the most gorgeous scarf I have seen in my life and I'm constantly torn between deciding to wear it or keeping in the box so I don't ruin it. Such a beautiful masterpiece.
