The CSGM dear werner
No surprise we are twins Croisette, thanks so much. it seems we are twins on so many of our silks. This is the first one that appeared in our store so far that my SA knows. The Gms are finally showing up just as the new collections will be coming in the next month or two.
Here we go with two new shawls though they have appeared on the thread already. I just love the two opposites of super bright with black background and the crisp black and white of the Boulevards. I am weak when it comes to white background 140 GMs! Now to cull my GM collection which is now bursting at the tansu seams LOL. Apologies for the overexposed lighting - it was so very sunny this morning in my living room I could not get the camera to adjust to the glare.

Lanit both of them r STUNNING!!! Twins with u on the L'Arbre du Vent CW 20. Just got mine yesterday!!! Isn't it gorgeous? U make it look even more amazing than it already is [emoji7][emoji7]!!! And I LOVE the black and white boulevards too!!! What a beautiful CW!!! Both gorgeous choices!!! Thank u for posting the shawls and ur beautiful mod shots!!!

LOL thanks sweets; the LAdV was a delightful set aside for me by SA at the scarf event at our boutique. I thought I was the only one to receive it, and a good dozen people arrived after with the same shawl being tried on for each
So I think our store did very well at that evening event.Thank you kindly boston. I simply wash and swish in bathtub when they need to be cleaned. Fortunately white background GM's are easier to care for than the 90 or 140 twills for sure.

This is such good advice, and going to be my guideline when it comes to scarf shopping. Every time I see a scarf now, I think about what you said
I brought back the green yellow Jardin and kept the white red one, and sold a MT with a really bright light blue color which does not agree with me well. Thanks for sharing that with me, it really made a difference!
Sorry I've been absent....catching up. I have had many many scarves over the years, but I find that I wear the same two or three....the white Jardin, the blue/green/caramel Tyger, and the silk 140 Tapis Persane.
There is nothing in my wardrobe that would not work with one of these. Honestly, the Tyger probably goes with 90% of my wardrobe! Blue, green, red, olive, black, white, caramel, my colors are all in there except light pink. Each goes with black, with white; there is no silver, no gold; not too dull, not too bright. They all go with my Bs (etoupe and rouge H, with a blue expected) and most go with my gator CDCs (rouge H and Colvert). I love the designs, they love me back. I have a few other scarves, with some pop colors for a few rare bits in my wardrobe or just neutrals, but I have found that it is really easy to go crazy so I really deliberate before each purchase.
