I do think I'll get super-H in a gavroche. My boutique doesn't have any in yet. When I went in Friday the SAs all admired my orange Festival gavroche (tied with a little slide), and I chuckled because I had had to force them to show me gavroches last year and they were practically scandalized that I bought one to wear around my neck! They *still* think gavroches are pocket scarves for men (and they keep them in the men's department!). New England is weird sometimes, yes?

HAHA. Yes we do have our quirks up here in New England!
The Boston store keeps the gavroches in the men's dept also and so does the Wall St NYC store. Yet on H.com they are on the Maison des Carres page. Even funnier is that the men's collection pocket scarves are actually $30 cheaper at $145; they have some fun designs also so you may want to check them out if you like "vintage silk" feel; they are the same as the 70s whilst the scarf print gavroches are the same twill as the 90s.

I just ordered the Tapis Persans Zoom gavroche from H.com this evening. Since there is free shipping right now I figured why wait until I can get to the boutique. I will post pics once it arrives. It is the c/w 20 like the one Mimi posted a few pages back.

Here are a few Tapis Persans mod photos for you darlings!:smile1: I think my original, flat, photos made the two color ways look quite similar. Yet, they are really different with proper lighting!;) I chose to wear these with typical FW colors this morning, since this is from the FW collection. However, they both look wonderful with orange too and that changes the whole look to more of a summery feel. BJS, I just read that you ordered one! Yay! I definitely do watch out for the actual "men's" pocketsquares too - lol. So many choices!

So lovely! And so next on my list. Need blues too, so perfect!

May have to finally hit a shop to see these. Also, the "Hippo" avec framboise is not on H.com so.... Sigh!
