Thank you she is a little up and down - I think she is just very worried about my poor little aunt - sadly my aunt is about to start intensive chemo and then radio and there has been a delay as she has had to have a feeding tube inserted to build her up a little before she can start treatment she has wasted away

I managed to make an Elvis fan out of one son. He plays Jailhouse Rock, and was Elvis on more Halloweens than I can recall. Knows the words to so many songs, not even I know some of those! My other son prefers newer artists. But both understand that if it weren’t for Elvis, music would have evolved differently. He started it all.

Here’s one video I put on when I feel like I need a boost. That smile at the beginning of this one gets me every single time.

Oh, and right now I’m listening to an Elvis audiobook, too, although I have read dozens of books and know his story by heart, there is always one little nugget of new info in each book I pick up.

Thank you ladies- the last 36 hours have been tough but she is hanging in there - she is hooked up to so much machinery and looks so tiny frail and vulnerable - she is 4 months from her 90th birthday and I’m praying so so hard

The above schedule shows it also scheduled for 10 PM tonight on PBS's main Chicago channel WTTW but it's NOT on WTTW's own schedule BUT they DO list it for tomorrow (Sunday) night starting at 10PM Central. Since it's PBS, there will probably be 2 or 3 breaks to sell related CDs or videos. (Here's the first break right now, 20 minutes in.)
