So I have a question. I just took my Neo Alma In Empreinte Black out of storage for the season. This is the first time owning a Louis Vuitton in this material. Due to storing it with the handles down I now have indents on the bag where the handles hit. Is there a way to get this out? I know now to store it with the handles up.

Awe sorry! Yes it's best to have it up for sure. How bad are the indents? I had mild indents on my Speedy Empreinte leather 25 too. I got it out by FULLY stuffing the bag to push and smooth out leather as best as possible. I put on a leather conditioner with a plastic glove (use less conditioner that way) and I let the conditioner soak into leather, about 30 mins. Then I got a towel to put over bag and used a blow dryer on med heat and about 6 inches or so away I heated up the area and once heated, I removed the towel and just start massaging area with my fingers while bag is still warm. I repeated the process several times.and find it works best when leather is warm. Just keep an eye and watch carefully to make sure the integrity of the leather is good. It did not lessen my Empreinte leather embossing. It worked for me. I do it on my LV canvas too...on my Speedy DE 25 as it was flat and had deep creases. I do still store my handles down on my Empreinte due to the size of dust bag but I made a fleece like "cushion" for under the handles so it wont put the handle marks on bag and i keep dust bag loose so it doesn't press handles down. No sewing needed. Just scissors and fabric glue. Lol. I folded up the fleece to give it 2 layers of thickness for the handles

I’m over the moon to finally join this club! I received this secondhand Alma bb pink epi yesterday from a reputable Japanese seller/store. It is from 2016, excellent condition, and minus the lock, key and strap, but did come with the clochette.

I added on my existing secondhand mirror charm/keyring which I have had for a year or so, but I never used. The pink trim on it matches the Alma really well!

For now I might use a plain vachetta strap with her, while I look for a suitable off-brand pink strap, or maybe even a monogram strap would look nice too.

I am so sooooooo happy with my new-to-me purchase! Can’t wait to use her.

I would also like to get a secondhand red epi Alma bb :-)

Congrats on this pink beauty. I have this same rose Ballerine one and several other Alma BBs — this one is my favorite and most used!

Thank you 🩷

It’s THE perfect shade of pink, it’ll go with so many outfits! I already took her with me to take the trash out (I always take my phone and keys with me in case something catastrophic happens during the 20 metre walk to the end of the road lol), and today I’m taking her to the farmer’s market. Next time I’m going anywhere fancy, I’m absolutely going to base my outfit around her

And a very special thank you to you, Sunshine Mama - I have seen many of your posts where you’ve been so creative in customizing your bags! Very helpful in ‘thinking out of the box’ when it comes to bag decor, with all the various charms, bandeaus, straps, etc and mixing and matching all different colours and styles.

Thanks so much for the inspiration! 🩷

Question for anyone who has an alma bb in vernis, has your inside lining lifted? I just pulled out my amarante alma and it felt bump inside so when I looked it was lifted and felt stiff 🫤 in the pic you can see the bulge1000007472.jpg
