Thanks very much for your reply on the other thread and the picture of your two beauties — simply gorgeous :smile:. I remember when you got the Seaside, I was totally drooling over it. I use my RB one the most of my three since I want my bags to be under the radar these days :lol:. I love the new lagoon one (more than the lilac purple one that is coming in July) but I really don’t like the guitar strap and it’s near impossible to find a matching leather strap (even custom one). I am trying to decide if I need two lighter color epi ones. I should have bought the steel blue leather one in Dec so that my 4 would all be different but it’s now sold out here :sad:. Decisions, decisions, decisions. Thanks again :smile:

I love these two colours so much!! :heart: :heart: And I hate myself for missing them and not getting it especially the rose ballerine before it was discontinued earlier this year. The seaside is gorgeous and so much better in thin leather strap. So useable and classic and chic. Not fond of guitar strap. That trend needs to die asap hehehe thanks for sharing

Nope.

I was able to find some bubblegram almas on Fashionphile. Didn’t like how some of them had a sagging bottom, so I’m guessing the leather definitely stretches a bit on the bottom with use. The bubblegram quilting looks like it holds up well, though. Didn’t see any puckering or creasing, unlike ALL pre-loved Coussins.

If I find a blue pre-loved alma at a really good price, I may consider getting one. Definitely don’t feel a need to get brand new though.

Thanks, that’s great to know. I have been eyeing the bubblegram for the longest time, but have been unable to justify the price in comparison to an epi alma bb. The price difference is huge and for the bubblegram and sporty strap, not sure if it’s worth an extra $1500 if you know what I mean. But I must admit the quilting is gorgeous and the shape slightly more rounder than the normal Alma’s is so pretty too. And I do like the sporty strap as well. Gives it a unique look and not many people have the alma bubblegram either. The glacier blue is gorgeous!!! I have seen it in person and j love it. I hope you can find a reasonable one preloved. Good luck and let me know how you go!!!

Hmm I only have one other Alma BB, and it’s the yellow trim/beige Since 1854 version. The bag’s size is on the smaller end for me. I think that’s why I haven’t gotten the blue bubblegram.

But I agree, the blue is gorgeous. Fell in love with it, when it first came out. Still have the photos I took of it on my phone.

That being said, I’m shifting more towards a “curated” collection. LV is releasing so much, so often, that I’m finding it easier and easier to pass on items. Bubblegram Alma BB is cute, but I’d rather get a DE Alma BB first.

Joined the club this April after visiting the flagship store in Paris! :smile: I like this MIF bag and it fits just a perfect amount of things I need to carry. However, I have a small question to Alma BB DE owners, does anyone have this a bit uneven DE print alignment where canvas meets leather? if comparing left and right sides the difference is approx 1 mm. I am not planning to return it, especially if I can get something way worse as I read here hehe. just trying to accept that she is not perfect so maybe someone can calm my inner perfectionist down :amuse: thanks!
