I left mine like that, I had already exchange one before I got his one.
they where telling me it’s fine that’s how most of them are and can’t promise me for a perfect one.
But if it gets worst I will take it for repair.
Please let me know how your came out.

I don’t have an Alma in Vernis but another bag in the amarante color. It’s held up very well. There’s a little scratch on it...DH’s fault as he was holding it and didn’t realize it rubbed up against a concrete wall. Honestly find the material very durable and prefer vernis in the darker colors but it does show finger prints.

Omg. When I bought my Alma DE bb a few months back (Sept), the lock was on it. Never thought about taking the lock off till today. I went to get my keys and the keys say 316 but the lock says 667 and it won’t open up. What do I do?

Ok I called LV CS today. They were so very nice. They said if I couldn’t take the lock off the bag, they would do a full exchange. I told them it wasn’t necessary so I took my husband’s lock picking kit (always losing keys to locks lol) and I got it open. They’ll sending me a new lock with matching keys.

I never noticed it before because since the lock was already on the bag, I left it. But today as I was cleaning out my closet I decided to take the lock off so as to not get it scratched up. Low and behold, the keys didn’t fit.

So glad there were no issues.

Glad it all worked out for you.
Also LV stores have a master key that can open any of the locks.
