aghhh! i just saw my first real life cupid & tried it on in nordstrom today. i never thought much of this bag until i saw one & tried it on IRL. pictures of it just do not do it justice, until you try one on. the bag slouches nice & is a perfect size. i loved it so much i wanted to buy it right there but had to convince myself there must be a blue, so i would look online. the one i tried on was red - very beautiful color, leather & bag. i love the handles & the hw connecting them. very classy bag. then i looked at tarap's modeling pics & gorgeous.

i purchased (full price - eek!) a cobalt blue cupid!! my favorite color is blue & i do not have a blue bag, so i am sure i will love it. so excited for it to come! will post pics! i just cannot get over how beautiful this bag is! red was so nice. it was kinda an orangy red, very very nice bag. my second choice would be violet, then red. just so excited to finally get a nice bright blue!!!

I ended up getting the sale pink. I think what pushed me that way was the silver hw. I may get bright green or violet later this summer when sales kick in. I really thought I'd sworn off cupids after my bad hw experiences with first release but I'm back in!

anyone have the teal cupid that's on sale on the rebeccaminkoff site? they only show a little square of the colour, so i'd like to see what the actual bag looks like in teal. thanks!

This may be a long shot as I'm not all that sure when this bag was released by I would love to get my hands on a Teal Cupid! Any suggestions other than stalking eBay/Bonanza?

There's a teal Cupid w/ silver hw on the OSS - there's only a color swatch to view but it looks to be the same leather color as the teal swings for sale as well!! Unless ur talking about the first edition teal, which had gold hw and the back zipper pocket - that one you'll have to scour bay/bonz for :p - HTH!!!

The teal swings that are on the OSS looks to be in the same leather color as the Cupid color swatch cause it looks to be the same situation with the pink color - so I think it's the exact same leather used for the cupid! :D

Beachie - Well I have to say that u have fantastic impeccable taste with picking cobalt....... Bc we're Cupid twinkies!!!!!! Whoo hoo!!! I can't keep it a secret any longer - the Cupid I've been waiting for all this time (that was mistakenly sent to kansas) is COBALT!!!!!! Yay!!!! I think she should be here today :D whoo hoo!!! Bag twinkies!!!

And I agree.... U really have to see it in person to get a sense of how awesome the style is! Those stock photos make it look all boxy when it's really not at all! I was tempted by the red one as well but I think my ultimate red RM is wine Nikki so I can't justify two reds competing against one another lol

I just received the eggplant Cupid. Although it is a lovely bag, it is much too similar to my raspberry. The leather texture is identical. The eggplant color is a shade or too darker but I can't justify keeping both. Plus the raspberry has the tassel and back pocket, so I plan on keeping it for a long time!!

It is gorgeous, but I agree they do look almost indistinguishable from one another.
Is the hardware on eggplant just a shade lighter?

The eggplant looks significantly taller than the raspberry....is that stuffing or is it really taller?
