Hi, this is probably the best place to ask. I spotted a gorgeous sequin Capucines in tweed, and before buying, I wanted to ask about the bag’s practicality.

I’m not the most careful person (but not the clumsiest either), and the sequins on the top corner — or sequins in general — are a bit of a concern for me.

Please share your experience with sequin Capucines. I understand that, in theory, LV care can fix anything, but I’m still unsure about the overall quality.

Of course, I know there’s little point in looking for practicality in such a beautiful bag — but I’m still trying to figure it out.

Pretty! Practical? I only use some of bags once a year, some haven’t used for several years. Since I have so many bags to choose from, practicality is not my top priority to buy a bag. Regarding this particular bag, colors of it make it quite practical and in size wise, if bb, it will be more practical.

Haha, good point, I understand it’s not a grocery bag  Thanks!

I don’t have any sequin bags from any brand, but I have two special edition mini Capucines (one covered in pearls and one in velvet with crystal embellishments). I have to be mildly careful, but not overly worried since they are small, so they are less prone to getting bumped around. The main worry with sequins would be them snagging sweaters and other delicate clothing. But with a little planning, you should be O.K.
And I am in love with the one you posted! I love navy, and this one is just gorgeous! My velvet is in navy, so I am on the fence if I should pursue trying to get this one. But if I didn’t already have a mini navy Capucines, I would definitely be chasing this one down :)
