After passing on this B/W Pani bandana this summer in NYC, I have been stalking the H.com site to find it...finally last week it appeared and I grabbed it. Love this little guy!

Hoping it's OK to add to this thread, but if there's an updated one, please let me know. I didn't know about Hermes bandanas till recently, and I browsed over all the pictures here. What a great way to update some of their classic approaches to designs! I take it when the Hermes website takes you to the home page, rather than showing scarf details when you click on the image, that it is out of stock. That means most bandanas in the 55 size are out of stock at present. There is a gorgeous rose Indien in the Canyons pattern available, though, and that's what I have my eye on.
Do these get re-issued, or once they're gone is that the end? Thank you for sharing your wisdom.

there been 3 seasonal releases of bandanas each Fall for the last few years. they are not released in Spring. they are more popular in the small sizes but if you have a local store they can search inventory for you if you want to see what over patterns are out there.
i don't know if they're doing a new collection for this Fall yet.
I agree with you, and yes very popular, though I'm sure you will if you manage to get H to do a search for you. When new Bandana are issued I see a flurry of extra activity at the scarf counter, they bring in a whole new crowd as well as 'veterans'. For me, the 55s are a particularly wearable (much more than 45s) cost per wear friendly price point, easy to travel with size ( @ElainePG theory is they don't even count as 'real' purchases) so I'm really not surprised that others also think so.

Hello bandana fans, I've been meaning to contribute to this thread! Here's my 140cm Peuple du Vent, in marine/noir/blanc. I love the drape of this scarf, as it's feels very similar in weave and weight to 90cm silk twills. I bought this when offered in AW14, and have used it frequently. Worn below with a comfy, oversized sweater, it's a favorite "grab and go" scarf.
