Ok, still not knowing what it looks like, I would see if you could have the diamonds' bezels soldered together to conform to your neck/chest. It would be sort of like an omega necklace, stiff enough to stay put, but doesn't look like a round circle on your neck.

As someone mentioned earlier, an enhancer is a pendant that slides or attaches to the front of your necklace- like a jewel, or a heart. You can change it or remove it for a plainer look. I truly don't know how one would look on a diamond necklace, it might be too blingy. But I was thinking that it would add weight to the front and maybe stop the flipping.

I don't think there is a solution for flipping. If it is not designed for anti flipping it will always flip. I have returned several Necklaces because of this. Maybe a jeweler could restyle and reset it for you.

I also have a same size (not graduated) tennis necklace, but it can only be worn one way. It only bends one way, and you can't make it go any other way. It seems it's because of the way the diamonds are attached to each other. So it doesn't flip!

ohh man, LOL, i came back to this thread just to comment on how i think i feel your pain about flipping necklaces. I have one from tiffs and the heart just keeps on flipping upside down so i always have to check on it.
