I ordered online, my SA in the Netherlands told me they won't get the holiday gift sets in the boutique. I don't know about other parts in Europe.

I e-mailed EU cs about the set I want that is sold out and the answer is they don't know if there will be a restock. 
There will be restocks. I'm in the U. S. and the major retailers online was showing restocking after Christmas. Chanel online U. S. was restocking at least until way after Thanksgiving. As a matter of fact some customers was saying looks like Chanel produced more stock last year.I e-mailed EU cs about the set I want that is sold out and the answer is they don't know if there will be a restock.
I guess only in the Chanel beauté boutiques only in EU…

IIRC, I believe Chanel usually releases the sets online either Thursday or Friday in the third week of October which would be this week.

For anyone up late…all (except moisture must have) are available to purchase on the US site as of 3:30 AM East Coast time.
Nordstrom.com had some pop ups. I was able to place a order for the lipgloss but I'm almost sure of a cancelation because it showed one in stock. Online for Chanel my guess stock ran out because the system wouldn't allow me to complete the transaction.
As of 2:26 PST only the blue bag sets are available.
They have the two white bag sets available. If you're looking for the lipgloss trio, try the Chanel US site. I was able to add to bag just now.
I was able to snag the lip gloss trio just now, the white bag sets were showing sold out.
