Uuuuuugh! Probably so. I hate just going into to stores to browse or drop in to say hi. I like texting my SA, picking up what I want, get in and get out!

ETA: to be clear I do go in at least every other month. Is that still not enough?!

Oh I thought you said you've only gone 1-2 times before June when you submitted your wish list. In that case, every other month is good. It needs to be natural and not forced.

Oh yea I dont force anything when I’m spending lots of money lol. I will gladly go back to Chanel (not like I really left tho) before I do that. I prefer happy stress-free shopping. I also told my SA all of the things that I said above so she knows me well enough now. I’m not in a hurry for a b anyway since I just got one in Paris a couple weeks ago. My SA also knew I was going to Paris.

I’ve gone in several times after giving my wishlist and getting my constance.

For those of you in Houston have you tried shopping at Austin or Dallas? Did you like the stores?

Dallas is my home store. I definitely love it. It is a smaller store, but they always have a healthy collection to look at. If they don't have what I want, whether it is the color or size, my SA has always come through with getting it shipped to the store for me. Everyone there has been perfectly friendly.

I was in the Houston store on 12/30. Ordered a RTW piece I wanted. A lovely experience with my SA per usual. My daughter was even given a toy and stickers to keep her occupied. She loved it of course! I did see Chypre sandals in stock (not my vibe).

Any Houstonians shopping there, what is your secret? It’s impossible to buy anything from there I feel like, do they really need zero new clients and are good hiding absolutely everything and not bothering to put anything on display? It’s been years Covid can’t be an excuse anymore, especially when the few European stores I’ve been to this year have been so wonderful

I agree with you. The inventory is tragic. But I was told only New York could display bags in the states. That being said, my SA manages to get me 90% of what I ask for. And I am NOT VIP. I haven’t gotten another quota bag for seven months, but that’s to be expected with any store.

Inventory could be better but I've managed to get almost everything I want, you just have to be willing to have your SA order stuff or charge-send from another store.

As for bags, I got one in May 2022 and got to do a SO in December 2022. I had been told to expect a second bag by the end of 2022, but my SA said that there were too many people still waiting for their first bag so she was able to secure me a SO slot instead. No complaints here!

Thanks for sharing! Congrats on your SO!

I did get a coveted wishlist item in July so hoping six months may be my magic number lol. Although I want specific colors/hardware. I’m not open to just accepting any color or hardware anymore. It may take me longer and I’m ok with that :doh:

Re inventory: I texted my sa today and this is the first time she actually has everything in store that I wanted! I don’t have to have anything shipped to me! I was shocked! Maybe stock will be slightly better this year! Let’s hope! I didn’t ask about bags.
