I bought it last week too. Get the style number. Call another store. Then get friendly with another SA out there who is willing to work for you. Keep calling. Even call out of your home state. I guarantee you'll find someone out there willing to give you the customer service you deserve as a loyal fan. If we all have been able to, you will too.

I am! I have used it as a wallet. I haven't had the need to use it as a clutch, but I can see it transitioning easily!
I bought the black tea rose clutch, and I am using it as a wallet also. Love it.
I think so. The back compartment is pretty big and the glovetanned leather is pretty forgiving!
