Sorry that you're not loving your new bag. It does look like a heavier bag. If it's a tote, it needs to go over the shoulder - not being able to do that would bother me.

the leather and bag are very heavy, reminds me of legacy bags around 2007ish (actually this bag seems heavier)

LOVE Legacy leather, but they are Heavy!!!!!

Again you can't really sling it on the shoulder, so for me, that's not entirely practical.

I also wanted to be able to wear it on my shoulder. Thanks for posting a pic. I'm hoping this one will be in the upcoming floorset. I still want to check it out.

Sorry, I returned the bag.

I did see the bag pictured on the Coach site in the preview section. This one looks much bigger and softer than the one I purchased. Also the handle looks larger. If they do indeed have two sizes, I have to think the bigger one is close to $1000.
