i'm still monitoring it, as i heard on tpf that the magic eraser can make leather crack.I've had no accidents with vachetta yet, but thinking ahead and out of curiosity ... what is the finish like on the leather after you've rubbed the eraser on it? Does the leather stay as smooth as the rest of the leather, or can you see any abrasion/roughness?
.
but so far, so good!!!
omg, i'm so elated and thrilled about my lovely new looking handles!!!
still smooth, and it matches the leather on the inside patch perfectly.i did one of my handles on my neverful-which i thought was already neat and tidy, and it came out lighter and brighter also!!!
omg, i have to get some pictures and make a thread soon, before i get too carried away and start restoring all of my vachetta at once!!!but seriously, so far so good!!!sooooooooo so good! try it out, you won't be disapointed!
just one thing-you don't want water spots, so make sure you dab it on gently and get the whole section of leather slightly damp.it turns really dark brown, but i promise it fades away as it dries..just make sure it dries evenly;.
