Help- Are the elastic bracelets a good size for small wrists? I took a size 17 in Cartier's love cuff and would size at a 16 for the JUC.

I've never tried a Sydney Evan bracelet but I'm thinking of ordering one during Neiman's triple points event. I can't get to Short Hills on Saturday with the weather so ordering is my only option. Thanks!
