Swift, Evercolor or Jonathan - which would you pick in B/K and why?

I understand that leather choice is completely personal, and one person's perfect is another person's "no-way." So this is not an "advice" post. I'm just curious, and also because I would like to know your reasons for WHY on over the other, even if it's something as simple as, "because I like the softness" or whatever.

Which would pick out of Swift, Evercolor or Jonathan (only these three) for Birkin or Kelly. Though I'm not sure if Birkin ever comes in Evercolor. Or if Kelly ever comes in Jonathan. But ah well.

I picked these three because I feel these leathers are quite similar so to have a strong preference for one or the other should lead to some interesting answers.

I have a B35 gold with GHW in Veau Jonathan. It is divine and my country director said that it reminds her of barenia. It is buttery soft to the touch but yet maintains structure. Another plus - not as heavy as say, togo or clemence. I would also love to have a B in swift (was looking for one at first). I only have a Roulis 23 in evercolour (not relevant to the question).

Please share pics of your divine B35 in Jonathan :-)

Do you currently have any Swift and Evercolor bags? Would love pics
I only have a swift L and evercolor K to compare. Both pick up colours well to me but because of the grainy texture (less obvious than togo) of evercolor, I tend to use it with more peace of mind. I've attached a picture for reference. If you expand the picture, you can see the grainy texture in the evercolor Kelly.
