I might add there are 2 swarovski websites with different goods:

crystallized works with designers while swarovski.com works with their own designers in tyrol. Swarovski is a big familiy with lots of branches.

There are Crystallized-Shops worldwide, one in London, one in Vienna (a large part of the ground floor area in the Crystal World in Vienna.
If one wants to know anything about Swarovski, ask me! 10 years ago I consulted them and even worked in the headquarter in Wattens.

^I prefer Swarovski since they're located at all the major malls in my city. It's nice to be able to walk into a boutique to look and try on rather than trusting a description that may or may not be clear.
