I don't like Swarovski anymore. I bought a silver crystal ring from there and after one month of wearing it....the ring band itself all the silver came off and it was left with a vile copper like band which then kept turning my finger green. :(
I've had a CIRO 'engagement' ring for over 3 years which Ive worn pretty much everyday since I had it - that cost half of what my Swarv ring cost. I'm pretty bitter about it....especially as the guarantee was only for 2 months so of course by the time I thought enough was enough and was going to return it and complain - I found the guarantee card and hey presto it was about 2 weeks out of date. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Will never buy Swarv again.

I have these earrings and get so many compliments when I wear them. They're not expensive and can be worn dressing up or down.

I got them 4 years ago to wear at work, and they are still like new.

It really is weird and disapointing, you should take it to a Swarovski store anyway and explain to them. I never had such a problem and I used to wear a lot of Swar jewlery at my office!

I don't know a thing about their watches though, I'm not a watch person.

Swarovski stones aren't diamonds and I don't think you can compare but I have been surprised with a lot of recent swarovski designs. They make the cutest charms and I'm in love with the Japanese looking dolls. Great quality for costume jewelery...

I know Swarovski since my childhood days, having Austrian parents.

I actually adore what they do, how they do it and at what level they to it.
In the factory in Wattens it is quasi a high-security-area where absolutely no one is allowed to enter. Unfortunately they planned/started to produce in the Far East.

Many friends can't understand why I like their products so much. It just uplifts my heart!

But be aware of any black coated stones: they lost their color twice!

The pure, not coated stones are the best. :)
And I also like that they go on sale!

I just love this one, its my favourite pair. I always show it of to my friends and family and now i am showing it of to you guys :)
i wanted to wear it for a wedding but it didn't match with my dress, i was gutted. especially gutted seeing my sister wear it since it matched with her dress.

Loveee them!!! Gorgeous!

i think Swarovski is a good alternative to diamond jewelry especially if you're on a budget since diamonds are more expensive. I have a friend who loves and always wears Swarovski pieces, & everytime there's a party, others will mistakenly thought it was a diamond. She gets lot of compliments with her nice Swarovski pieces. ;)

I like Swarovski! I have charms, earrings and necklaces from them. The oldest piece I own was from about 5 years ago, and they're all doing pretty well. Nothing broke on me. All my pieces are in very good condition, I wear them several times a week, none of my necklaces have missing crystals or broken chains. There's only missing crystals on my mickey mouse cell phone charm since it get into contact with everything...

Fashion Jewelery is a great thing to wear.. but from an investment standpoint save your money to buy something that appreciates in value. 18K+ is the best bet with diamonds.

But then again money doesn't grow on trees :p

I love Swarovski and I've been tempted by many pieces. They're great alternatives to diamonds and if I weren't already saving for a tennis bracelet I would have splurged on a few pieces. I did buy a really adorable cat charm as a gift recently. If I were 20 years younger, I would have gone crazy over their charms. They're so cute!
