i love swarovski..i have a few of their simple pieces like the heart studs and necklaces but all the stones came off makes me think that their stuff are cheaply made...can we go send it back for them to fix it?

there is a number for you to call - if you go back to the store they can give it to you. You would send out your piece for it to be fixed or if the store still has it they can replace the same piece for you. If Repair can't fix it they will replace it with something else of equal value. I believe they will contact you first about that.

^^It's usually a regular base metal with rhodium or 14Kt gold plating.

I have a swan necklace and one of the stones fell out. I purchased my necklace in France, but took it back to the Toronto store and they gave me a brand NEW necklace right then & there (without receipt even). SA's were so kind and gave me no trouble at all. This is the only time I've ever had a stone fall out of one of my pieces..

Because sterling silver is much more precious than glass... I can get a $20 bracelet for $200 at Tiffany's or I can get some spectacular bling at Swarovski... I know my choice.

I love Swarovski. Most of my pieces are earrings, but I do have a bangle bracelet and a ring. Since, I don't have the space to attach, I also have these earrings. Ooh, looking through their site, a lot is 30%-50% off.

This is the swarovski necklace i'm wearing atm, simple but gorgeous.

But beware of fake swarovski crystals ladies!! I've seen tonnes of fakes on sites such as ebay or on the street.
