Joining with the glovetanned leather, Chestnut Swagger 27. The color is beautiful and seems to change depending on the lighting. Love the side open compartments and outside slip pocket! Light gold hardware is beautiful with the chestnut leather.

Gorgeous! Hardware almost looks rose gold. The short handles fold down? Easily?
The handles fold down very easily. Not stiff at all. When I set the bag down, they easily fall down on their own, if that makes sense. Very nice for carrying on the shoulders and cross body with the long strap. I'm so into browns lately...when I saw this color I had to have it. It is such a gorgeous brown/gray/taupe kind of color.

I just posted about my new chain crossbody! I have been considering Swaggers for a while, but I was spoiled by the leather lining in other 1941 bags. So they never made it hime with me. Happy to see this season comes with leather interiors.

is this the 'double' swagger? if so, how is it working out? i like the size of this one, since i'm looking for a bag that will hold 9x12 file folders. how is the strap?
are you loving this bag? still considering it. will a file folder (9x11) fit into it?
Not sure if you still have this bag, but the nature of the design causes it to start slouching in the middle like that. You can see it on this mini double Swagger from the F/W 2018 runway show. Yours wouldn't be an anomaly, it's just a result of the design.
You guys, this is DELICIOUS!!! I am so regretting purchasing the one I did now, because this colourway is just PERFECT!
There's also this Apricot one, which is quite pretty! The interior is oxblood.
