I agree about the 27. For me it had that "little girl purse" feeling, especially carrying it with the handles. It wasn't so bad as a shoulder bag, but I wanted a satchel so I returned it. I did find it lightweight and gorgeous, though.
I just finished packing her up to ship back. I thought about exchanging it for another one because I found some scuffs and glue on it but just finished going through all of my current bags. I came to the conclusion that I really don't need it even though the color is gorgeous. I can fit my necessities but nowadays prefer to go a bit bigger for satchels and shoulder bags. I really think the only reason why small dakotah works so well is because the messenger style is so easy to organize and access. I find swagger 27 to just be too hard to get my stuff in and out of quickly. My larger black swaggers are perfect for me so I just need to avoid 27s. If only metallic cherry came in something bigger than 27!
