Hmm...entering the code manually and copy/paste did not work for me and CS hours is over! Were you using a specific browser or via phone? Just scratching my head why it's not working for me.

I'm using Safari on my iPhone. It ended up working when I manually typed it in even though the fine print says it excludes Coach. I wonder if they "fixed" the glitch.

Thanks! I tried it on in store and really liked it. I was going to use the PCE to buy it if my other swagger 27 doesn't work out. I think I'll keep both :)

Thanks! I'm glad they honored the coupon. I tried this one on in the boutique a couple weeks ago and couldn't stop thinking about it. The price tag of $550 (even with 30% off) was holding me back.

Thanks! That's what I call TPF Teamwork! I was also considering getting some Macy's gift cards thru my CC to buy it, but this price is hard to resist! I'm happy to hear Belk does a good job with packaging!

Hi everyone, I just purchased the black on black (matte) Swagger tonight from Lord & Taylor. I have loved this bag since it first came out last year, ($495 then), and decided to go for it with the 30% off sale. Not as good a deal as Belk's, but being from New England I'm not familiar with Belk, plus I've never bought a bag online. This Swagger is just a beautiful, classic bag which will never go out of style. I had used Coach's PCE for the Oxblood Nomad and soft wallet. I hope you all enjoy your beautiful new bags!

Well I used my pce on this. Let me know if anyone is interested in pics of the bag once it arrives. Haven't seen many people interested so I will only post shots if anyone has interest.

Just got my shipping confirmation for my black on black Swagger from belk. Tracking shows it coming from Winston-Salem NC. I Googled it and it shows the location as being a store so now I'm worried it will be a beat up display model. All of my past orders have always shipped from a warehouse in perfect condition.

Mine is also coming from that store. Fingers crossed they are not displays!
