I'm new to the PF but have been researching/debating which swagger to get. I keep coming back to the periwinkle for it's unique color. My hesitation is that in each picture the color looks a bit different. I just got the Coach Rhyder in violet and the pictures from the Coach website are way different than the actual bag color (much darker.) On Coach's website the periwinkle looks more of a baby blue. Is that pretty close to the actual color? I really appreciate any help you could give me! Thanks!

First off, welcome to tpf!! I will try to help as much as I can. Periwinkle is darker than baby blue. It's a very vibrant rich color with no grayish undertones. The true color, to me anyway, was captured by my picture that you quoted on this thread. Here's a comparison between the periwinkle, slate blue Zoe, slate Sophia, and my powder blue Phoebe. Hope this helps you out. It's a cloudy, dreary day, so these colors aren't appearing as pretty as I want them to..lol!!

Thanks for the warm welcome and your information and pictures! I'm having a hard time deciding which color and size I want. I don't have anything like the Swagger, especially in the periwinkle. My biggest concern is that it might be a bit on the big side for me since I'm 4'11". I don't carry a lot in my bag so I could go down to the 27 but I'm not in love with the color selection in the 27. I'm hoping Coach adds more colors in the 27. Thanks again for your help! I hope to join the "swagger club" soon!
Welcome to the forum! I was in the same boat as you -- wanting the periwinkle swagger but thought it was too big (I'm about 5'2" and petite). I am in love with the periwinkle color. There are ladies here who are my height who can rock the regular swagger! But I personally feel awkward carrying a large satchel for my frame. I ended up buying the nude swagger 27 (pilot bag) and really like it. You might want to wait to see if the swagger 27 will come out in more colors in the fall or spring. Or just go try on the periwinkle at the store to see if it's indeed too big -- take some pictures of yourself carrying it so you can think about it at home. Question and I apologize if it's already been asked and answered. I was at Macy's last night (King of Prussia) and they had a swagger bag that I'd not seen before. The Coach # on it was 34915 and the Macy's price was $350. The only one they had was in Watermelon with gold hardware. It was pebbled leather with two flat handles that were sewn into the bag (as opposed to being attached with hardware). It did not appear to have a crossbody strap. Open compartment (no snap or zip closure) with a center zip compartment. If I had to guess the dimensions it would be 12" long, maybe 7" high and 4" deep. To me, the perfect size. If it weren't for it having gold hardward, I'd have snatched it already. I can't find anything on it anywhere online. The SA looked in their site and it did not show a photo, but she said the other colors that Macy's carries showed as Black, Nude and Green, although none were available for order in the Macy's system. I'm really curious in this bag. If one of the other colors had silver hardward, I'd be snagging it pronto, but can't find anything on it. It was definitely a Swagger...but from the Macy's tag, I couldn't figure anything else out. Had I been thinking, I'd have taken a pic...sadly I did not. Any thoughts?
I think I am going to hold off for a bit, like you said and see if any new colors come out in the 27. I have carried bigger bags but because the swagger is such a structured bag I feel like the size would be more pronounced (if that makes sense
). I think I will hold out just a bit longer to see if colors are added in the 27, if not I will probably buy the chalk colorblock. The closest store is an hour away, so once I am closer to a decision I will make the trip to see it IRL. Your bag sounds wonderful! Hopefully Coach gets the message that the 27 needs to be in colors!!! Thanks for the great advice 
Anyone else noticing that a few colors of the Swagger have seem to have disappeared from the Coach site? No sign of the Pebbled Black w/black hardware, the 37 in Chalk w/light gold hardware, or the Navy Patchwork w/silver hardware. I'm not surprised to see the Patchwork gone since I think the Americana bags sold out pretty quickly, but I'm surprised to see the Black w/black hardware gone! Maybe they're back ordered, or maybe my computer is just wonky?

After I saw your post I went to the website and noticed the same thing. Earlier today I posted that I was wavering between the chalk color block 27 and the periwinkle medium carryall. After seeing the ones you listed gone from the site I panicked and immediately placed my order for the chalk color block 27 since it was the size I liked and it was on back order. The thought of missing out on the color and size I wanted struck fear into my heart
Those of you with white bags, do the threads/seams get gross? I'm also wavering. I'm considering the nude (I wish it was carmel or luggage) and I adore the chalk top, but I'm concerned about the seams getting yucky.

It's really odd because the bags that were missing last night are back! Maybe something was up with them being on back order and today they have more stock? Really weird, but glad I was able to get my pebbled black with black hardware ordered today!

I am actually really glad you posted that. It forced me to make a choice. We'll see if I made the right one once I get my swagger chalk colorblock 27 but I think I am going to LOVE it! Thanks for the nudge!! I would love to know what you think about your black on black swagger. That was my third choice.
