Suggestions on next bag

Thanks for the rec! I will say that personally the downside for me is the price. I feel like $2,950 for a canvas bag with a jacquard strap is a bit overkill but I digress, at least I know it’s made well lol

I had a similar dilemma. I thought about getting the empreinte pochette metis or the empreinte alma bb. I wanted something casual but still versatile. I felt the the PM looked a little boxy and too much like a briefcase on me. After going into the store, I ended up purchasing the black epi alma. Epi is very durable so you can take it out in the rain or snow. They also just released some beautiful guitar straps. I've worn it with the strap and sometimes to dinners I will take off the strap and wear it top handle.

No worries. I was also considering that bag and saw many videos about it. It looked like it could hold a lot and I thought it might fit my lifestyle. So I went in store to try. I liked the fit on the body, super cute. It just can’t contain my huge ass wallet and phone. I did like the sides as it zips all around till the end of the side. You could easily access your stuff without having things fall out. I’m glad to offer a bit more info for you to have a better picture.
The other bag similar in size as utility crossbody but offers more space is petite Malle souple as the depth is wider. But it’s just one big compartment. The utility has the tiny cute pockets (which I have no idea what to use it for, AirPods?) on the outside.

I did an online exchange of the pochette metis for the utility crossbody. I was very underwhelmed by the pochette metis...not sure if it was the extreme squishiness of the leather or the pattern but it seemed small and overly delicate to me. Maybe I would have felt differently getting it in canvas instead. I can't wait for the utility crossbody though! I will post when I get it. Do you think it's overkill to try and get a small twilly or bandeau to cover the vachetta handle?

Ahhh! I did think about the Alma BB for a while. I had an Alma PM in Epi Leather for a while that I liked but ultimately ended up selling it. The BB would be perfect though and I think that may be my next bag. Do you think the guitar strap could be worn crossbody? I've heard varying opinions on that

I have Odeon PM and change it to Boulogne. Somehow I feel like Boulogne can be casual and dressy with the chain. I love that Boulogne is not as deep as Odeon, easier to get things in and out, no vachetta (mine is black). And another plus point is the chain can be use for pouches. Boulogne is roomy enough for me, I can fit more stuff than my Metis.

have you checked out the valisette souple bb?

i think it's literally the perfect bag! you can get vachetta trim or black leather trim! i've had mine for a week and a half and i reach for it everyday! it fits an iphone 12 pro max, sunglasses, victorine wallet, small cosmetics pouch with lash brush ad 3 lipsticks, and my keys without feeling overstuffed!

How about the V tote bb? I have one and I think it will fit an iPhone 12.
I’m on vacation now and don’t have the bag with me, but I will take some pictures when I get home.
