I am looking for a tote bag. Something similar in shape and size to the Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM...
I have the neverfull and love it but am looking for something in a plain leather color...tan, camel, or cognac brown.
I would like to keep it under $500.00

I think the Fossil Sydney Tote shopper is a great option for a simple, casual tote bag. The leather is buttery, light yet sturdy. It's an open tote with a magnetic button snap. Photos below are colors brown and camel. The best part is it's only $218 from the Fossil online store!

I'm a Givenchy lover, but I have to say I'm very impressed with the current direction Fossil has taken with their bags.

Yes! I just bought this bag in two tone...black/brown! Can't wait to use it! I am also hoping it will satisfy my craving for the LV neverfull... That I will probably never own.

If you are looking for a coated canvas tote such as the LV Neverfull, might I suggest Emilio Pucci? Pucci is an LVMH brand, and the totes are very similar in shape but are a lot more fun to wear if you are a fan of color in your wardrobe. They even fit in the price range you suggested. During sale seasons, the prices are even better! Good luck!
