Suggestions for a beige handbag?

No, unfortunately not. I was looking at the Burberry small title with two handles (open top, small enough to be carried crossbody, nice shade of beige), but it does not convince me and I am not sure about Burberry‘s production principles (but that probably applies to all the classic fashion houses).
Please share if you come across something!
I ordered a single handle Burberry title bag and sent it right back - SO heavy.
As for the beige dilemma, funny you should mention it, because I have also been toiling over this issue for the last 2 weeks. I have a Givenchy small horizon in mastic, but it is a bit on the grey side and fairly impractical due to its rigidity (though I LOVE the shape). I had been looking at the YSL dark latte medium envelope or mini Lou, but didn't pull the trigger. I do like the medium envelope and have it in navy/silver HW, but it is a very dressy bag and not that versatile. Mini Lou seems too small. Love Valentino poudre color, but it's not really beige and I have concerns about the bag looking dated. Ended up ordering a Celine C bag (I know, very controversial with Hedi Slimane changes...) in light camel and a Boyy Karl 24 in ecru. Waiting for them to arrive. I suspect the Celine will be too dark, but maybe the Boyy will fit the ticket? Wondering if I should have just gotten a Celine micro belt in light taupe - it's a beautiful color in YouTube videos, but haven't seen one in person. I just didn't want another belt bag since I already have 3. Of course, the master of color is always Hermes, but there is no way I'm going to shell out that much for a light colored bag; I'm trying to keep it reasonable with the pricing (ha - "reasonable" - no spending is what's truly reasonable) for a bag that's at high risk for color transfer or visible marks. Glad to hear I'm not alone in my beige frustrations!

LOL I wouldn’t call it frustrations, but it is not an easy endeavor. After some research I found that there are quite a few beige bags out there, but either the colour is not right, or the shape or the material ...
Please let me know what you think about the Celine and the Boy when you got them.

It may be a while before I get the Céline shipped to me, but here is the Boyy that came today. Significantly lighter than the Givenchy mastic tone and more beige, less gray, but still a little in greige family!

They are both gorgeous colours!
What do you think about the Boyy? Is it on the heavier side? Does the buckle bother you? Is the bag made of smooth leather? It looks like it scratches easily.

I love the shape of the Antigona, but not the zipper and the fact that it sticks out when worn cross-body. And that it used to be such an it-bag.

The Boyy is surprisingly light and very well-made. The construction and quality are impeccable. I thought the buckle would bother me, but it's not a big deal at all. There is definitely going to be some creasing at the top of the flap, but I rotate my bags a lot, so I'm not worried about it. It is smooth, gorgeous leather, but durable and I don't think it's going to scratch easily. I'm more worried that the smooth leather on the Celine C bag is going to scratch horribly like the box bags can.

The Burberry Title bag is SUPER heavy, and that's when it's empty. Also, the top handles are not rounded and are actually kind of painful to hold. The Antigona is also quite heavy, and most Chloe bags tend to be heavy as well. I always feel like Chloe bags can become dated looking and the resale value is very poor; it's made me shy away from them altogether now and while I love the Drew bag, I'm wondering if I shouldn't have invested in 3 of them (and the chain digs into your shoulder). Longchamp is always a classic and this bag is lightweight; I saw it in store a few months ago, but not in that color. That last tote you posted - what is it? Modern and beautiful. I thought it was a Valextra, but now not so sure. The Volon?
Oh! By the way, Wandler makes great bags. Great leather, well-constructed and luxurious. What about the Ava, Georgia, or Hortensia in beige? The Hortensia is a great bag - versatile, lightweight, and classic with minimal branding. Plus, it has a generous back pocket where you can put your phone!

Great choices, EveyB! I liked the Chloe best amongst these, but have never tried it in person. I'll share my (ex-) choices as well when I access my laptop, maybe that can help you. As of now, I've decided to bite the bullet and just get a Chanel beige (preferably a Reissue, not aged calfskin) when I can. Nothing else is convincing me enough.

I feel like Beige Clair would go well with my wardrobe. I just didn't want a bag that screams Chanel, which the classic flap does what with being so popular now!

The last I posted is a Valextra, you were right! I realised only now that this colour comes only in the bigger size, which is too big for my frame.
Wandler makes gorgeous bags, that‘s true. I have to take a closer look.
The Longchamp is very lightweight and practical. Maybe I‘ll chose this as a work bag and a different smaller one for fun. Choices! :)

Yes, please share your ex-choices! :) I‘m curious to see what else caught your interest.
I don’t own a single Chloé bag, but I somehow like the Daria bag. However, I am not sure if the style suits me.
Chanel‘s beige clair is a really beautiful shade. Please post pics of you decide to get it!

I've been on the hunt for a beige/neutral summer work bag for a long time. It's hard to find the perfect shade in the right size. My top contenders currently are Prada's double bag in cammeo, Hermes' garden party 36 in etoupe, or Celine's 16 bag in satinated beige. Leaning toward either Hermes or Celine at this point but can't make up my mind!

I love the understated luxury of Celine. The bags are such high quality and are true classics. Love the 16!

I would choose Hermes or Celine, too. There are so many stories about Prada‘s bad quality out there.
