I love the Topo ones the most and I was trying to put a finger on why... maybe it's how the lighter color looks with the round toe and it shows the shape of your foot in the front view. If it was a pointy toe boot maybe I would lean more towards a dark color because I get a nice "power" vibe from dark pointy toe boots and I like that too in a different way. But you already have a dark color.
I would get regular leather because it's more carefree. With suede, you'd have to be a bit more careful around moisture (rain, snow).
If that's not a concern of yours, suede would look cute with leggings. They both would - no doubt.

Oooh good point! I do live in Seattle so rain is common. They're both so pretty it's hard to choose just one!
Hi, I use the Synovia suede and nubuck protector. I've also used the Ugg spray in the past but prefer the Synovia since it's an aerosol can vs. a pump on the Ugg.
If you want a more seamless look, suede looks better with leggings because it's matte and sort of just blends in with the fabric. The leather has a bit more shine so they'd be more noticeable.
The suede is more low key and looks better pulled way up or slouched down. The leather ones look good when pulled all the way up, but tend to look more wrinkled when they slouch and I'm kind of paranoid about always pulling the leather ones up so the wrinkles don't set in.
