Hi ladies!! I live in the middle of no where but it gets really cold and I'm looking for a "sexy" boot to wear on nights out to substitute my 5050s. Does anyone have any idea how the highland boots fit? Fell in love with them... Problem is I'm only 5'4 and have short legs. Would love any feedback if you already have them since I can't find any reviews online. Thank you!!!!

Nice looking boot, what colour were you thinking of?

I love the stretch suede boots generally but don't know anything about how these ones fit.
I see they described as thigh high but actually I think they are more like over the knee in which case they will probably be okay for you. The biggest issue with most boots is getting the shaft circumference right, but should have flexibility with them being stretch suede.

You might want to look at Yoox.com as they have quite a wide range and at good prices.

Has anybody ordered a pair of the Highlands lately? Mine just arrived and the lettering on the box is different and they came with a dustbag. I ordered them from Amazon. Not a third party seller but Amazon LLC, which is usually legit. They look and feel like my Lowlands. The box and dustbag just threw me off. Maybe this is something new? I paid full price so I am just paranoid!

I just got these lovely boots and I'm so excited to wear them but I'm so scared of the light color! I really don't like dirty shoes. What can I do to protect them? Is there a spray your recommend I can use myself? Or better to take to cobbler to spray for me? Help! Any advice is appreciated. Thank u!!!

I sprayed mine with some suede waterproofing spray. I did it twice- spray, let dry, spray again.

I am waiting for good dry weather to wear them. I love the color but am also scared :)

Thank you for your replies! I feel better knowing I'm not the only one. I'm seriously considering getting black instead but my BFF is begging me to keep the grey because I have so many black boots!
What suede spray did you use? Can you please share?
Thank you!!

In my honest experience, no matter how diligent you are in spraying/maintaining, it is only time before light-colored suede gets stained. Also, spot cleaning makes it look worse.
If you decide to keep them, enjoy them rather than worry about it too much; it will eventually happen.
BTW - the color you picked, IMO, is better than black.

Thank you for your thoughtful opinion. That is the same thing my BFF told me...Just enjoy them:) Thanks![emoji171]

Hi all,

Would love to get your thoughts on which Stuart Weitzman Highland boots to buy! I am pretty torn between Slate/Grey and Topo. I've posted pictures of me wearing one on each foot! On the one hand, I fell in love with Topo early on. On the other hand, Slate is available at Saks (which is having a sale right now-$200 off $800). But if one is significantly better/more desirable than the other, then I don't want to be swayed by the discount! I should note that I already have black OTK boots and am looking for a grey pair now.
