strobe cream vs. strobe liquid

I got a sample the strobe cream, and love it, am thinking of getting it, but would like to know the difference between the two? Which one is better. The cream is loaded with vitamins... at least thats what the blurb on the Mac site says. For those of you who use it, which is better?

They are essentially the same - strobe liquid is very watery and lightweight, so it depends on your skin needs. I don't need the emolliency or coverage of the cream, so I use the liquid and am happy with it. It's also a bit easier to use the liquid if you are planning on mixing it with primer...

I actually find the strobe cream much better - the effects seem to show up nicer.

And I LOVE strobe cream!

I am going to get the cream, since I have a sample and I like the moisturizer as well.. especially for the (holding back the tears) upcoming winter.

That is excellent. I really can't complain that much because the sun has been out recently - it just goes back and forth from cold to hot and it's really odd. Usually by now the summer is in full swing and it's nice and steady at 85-90 and sunny!

strobe cream- cream texture, much heavier.. if you have dry skin, you could use a little for that extra "POP" before you put on your foundation. or you could rub some into your neck or arms or legs for that lovley shimmer look

strobe liqiud- a liquid texture. better if your skin isnt so dry. much lighter.

I settled on the liquid b/c my skin is a bit oily. I finally got.. do you ladies feel like it gives you a nice glow?

Do you use strobe cream/liquid all over? I tried to use the cream to highlight certain areas on my face but it looked awful on. It made my tinted moisturizer looks like crap.

I used to love stobe cream. I feel that it couldn't "settle" on my skin nicely as it's getting too oily for my face.. Maybe I should try the liquid one. Is the liquid one as shimmery as the cream one?

I have the strobe liquid and I just slather it on my forearms sometimes when I wear short sleeved tops. I've never tried it on my face, LOL!

When I spoke to the MA yesterday, she asked if my skin was oily, and when I told her it was she recommended the liquid instead of the cream. She said it was the same luminosity as the cream, just a more liquid lighter feel. I have a sample of the cream and the liquid and it looks pretty on the skin. I plan to use it on my arms and face.
