strange cheap price on receipt for Lindy , pls help

Am no expert in FSH VAT process but as long as she is taking the bag out of the EU then she gets the VAT less admin charge back. The most important thing is to make sure the bag is authentic. Receipts real or fake does not mean anything. A fake bag can be sold with an original receipt.
it looks the same as mine from France, just my English traslation is in hand writing.

Same here. If it was shipped out of the EU they take off the VAT and they print the receipts in English and French, which I am sure is useful for customs agents. I had something shipped from Paris last year and my receipt looked like this one. However, if you're looking to buy something, don't just trust a receipt.
It is NOT possible to ship only the box, because the item shipped had to be clearly declared to the custom. FSH had no idea how to declare an empty box.
Also if that's the case, the invoice would not have the Lindy in there, because there's no bag in the parcel.
If she carried the bag with her, the receipt should be With VAT roughly about 3800euro. This receipt shown the bag's VAT had been deducted.
There's another VERY possible situation is that she bought something few days ago and have them shipped. And on that day she bought the Lindy and wants it to be shipped together with the previous Lot, the "13 euro" could only be the additional charge of the previous lot that she had bought.
I had done that before, just the shipping difference on 2 different lots.
ok, thanks for all your useful input. i decided to pass on the bag. i've been saving for a while and don want to take any risk on this item especially the seller refused to provide more detail picture and i am no expert with H bag.. I may wait for one from the store

A word of advice. Next time, evaluate the bag, not the receipt.
If you had not felt uncomfortable with the receipt (ie. you had felt it looked authentic) you could have ended up buying a fake bag. There are people with "real" receipts that sell fake items. All the time.
When buying it is crucial to look at the item and evaluate its authenticity. A receipt is just a piece of paper. Just an FYI.

It's not odd. I have H bags sent from paris all the time and this is correct. It is the EXPORT receipt so they type in "calf skin" or "goat skin" generically. And the red "origine" stamp tells customs where its from. This receipt comes with the courier form and it for customs clearance. It is not the store receipt.
There should be a store receipt INSIDE the orange box for the buyer.
H deducts 10% for detaxe BEFORE shipping overseas so it's 3850 euros less 10%.

FSH will NOT ship the box alone for you. I asked and they refused. At the end, the option was sending empty box at the post office behind FSH or leave the box in hotel. You cannot take the bag with you and ask FSH to ship the box alone. Besides, to my understanding, FSH calculates freight cost based on size of boxes, not weight. So EVEN IF they send empty box out, they will still charge 100 euro plus.
ok, back to topic. The receipt does look very very alright for me. I received packages from FSH and it also bears the red stamped word for custom clearance purpose. As pointed out by pretty99, the English translation is also for custom purpose. The price stated on the receipt is after 10% export discount and this is the correct price for a lindy.
If you have any issues with the autenticity, bring it to your local store and ask for SPA. If they process your bag for SPA, it is an indication that your bag is authentic. None of the SA will comment authenticity at the spot. This is not their job. Besides, they are not allowed to do so.
If you are in HK, bear in mind that there is no craftsman in Hong Kong now and so the ETA for spa could be longer.

I don't think FSH does shipping for the boxes alone. Some US stores does (or at least the ones I've dealt with on my travels), but even an empty box was like $30-$50 USD depending on size (domestic)
so 13 euro seems a bit odd for shipping.i have had empty boxes shipped from other H stores in France to the UK. But not from FSH though. I wonder if FSH will ship empty boxes within the EU? If other stores in France do I don't see why not since they are no custom issues. I shall enquire the next time I am in FSH. But useful to know they won't ship empty boxes outside the EU.
