strange cheap price on receipt for Lindy , pls help

My friend offered me a lindy 30 which she purchased at Dec 2011 in Paris. the receipt looks a bit strange with those english word above the french description.

plus.. the price is way too low compare to the price ref thread here.. it should be around $3850 euro. but the receipt said 3465Euro.

I wonder you girl's opinion on the receipt?

Ive never seen a Hermes receipt with an English translation on it. Whenever I've bought something in Paris, the receipt is the standard one from all Hermes shops. I'm sure other Tpfers will be able to advise if they have.

i have a fresh lindy receipt w me.. the red stamp looks odd and like you mentioned the bold text. where did she order from?

the rest of the info looks genuine.

she firstly told me she bought it from paris. then she said the shipping is for Paris to HK. which I am not sure which story is true now. that is impossible for the store to charge only 13 euro for shipping.

This may seem a bit out of topic but Paris store can ship your item to the country you desire? I assume you would have to go to the store directly to place order and have them ship right?

I just looked at the receipts which I got from FSH when my bags were shipped to Asia for me last year. One was sent in Sept and the other was in Dec.

I also had the english words which are in the same font as yours, but locations are different. And the price is also VAT deducted (10%). So your price for lindy is correct. (3850-385=3450) But I don't have that red stamp. and Also your shipping price is so much cheaper. Mine were at least 100 Euro.

Yup ure rite. Had it ordered from their store in paris n three mnths later theyre able to ship my order. Paid 200 € for the shipping.

i had been shipping most of the my bags from FSH to HK. the receipt seems ok to me. With the deduction of the 10% tax, the bag is 3800 euro.
There's also English wording on top of the French description for the custom purpose. The only thing that's odd is the shipping charge. It makes more sense if it's about 100 euro.
Birkin 40 is 197euro for shipping it alone, smaller bags, less charge. 13 euro sounds really cheap, but who knows! it's French and H make mistakes all the time.
so bring the bag to shop or some resellers to look over it, it's more solid proof of authenticity than just a receipt.
