Maybe! I wonder if it makes a diff that we're in different cities (as I think you're in T.O. and I'm not)? Totally know what you mean, b/c I would feel the same!

Ahh it’s okay I’ll be buying my watch as planned. I mean if she offered a refund then and there I would’ve taken it but since she was like it will be a credit for you to buy stuff next time I was like sure cause I know I’d be using it anyways! I’m from the Calgary store!

Very good points :smile: I really enjoyed reading everyone's responses here, because their feedback is so good too. Oh, I see! I've only recently started to spend more time (lurking lol) in this forum and IDK why I recalled you were in T.O. :lol: I'm in Van. Please share your watch when you get it :heart:

Okay sorry to bring this up again. But silly and possibly self explanatory question regarding this “store credit” I’m finally going into the store to buy some stuff and my SA remembered I had this “credit” on file. She said maybe itll be cleaner if she just refunded me altogether. Sooo for the new items I buy, then it will count towards new pre spend?

This is a bit complicated, but I bought a gift for a friend on a trip who did not want the item & i gave her something else, so I returned the item for store credit. I have not spent the store credit yet, but I was wondering if I were to spend it, would the commission go to my original SA pre-return, or would it go to the person I spend the store credit with? Furthermore, IK you can’t spend store credit online, but can you order through the phone?

I wondered why it mattered if the original SA got the commission for an item bought with store credit.
Then it made me think, if you return an item and get a store credit does the SA who sold the returned item have to repay the commission?

Yeah thats the thing I’m confused about. She offered me a bag from the things I bought from her, so I don’t want to seem like the person who returns the stuff they don’t want right after they get a quota bag (wasn’t my intention, either).
