i have already asked the SA i know to watch out for the pink cch. We get stocks delayed here and I am asking when it will be available online to estimate the actual arrival in stores here. We do not have a Philippine website and SAs here cannot “pre-order” for us. We just have to wait until stocks get delivered and usually it takes 3 days-7 days after launching abroad.

Oh sorry to hear that..maybe I didn’t comprehend your question. Is there a hotline you can call? My SA couldn’t order as well it was client services who helped me..launch date is Friday 12/3..

our client services are also the SAs in store... When I call CS, I’m just calling one of the boutiques here. And we only have 2 LV boutiques in the country. It’s weird here in the Philippines. Haha!

Can I check - if I am in a country where my SA cannot order the men's collection items for me, it means contacting the CS is also not an option right? Thanks for helping to answer this! Am feeling extreme FOMO at the inability to preorder the watercolor items, sigh.

It's possible they both will be a no. However, I have found CS at times say no and SAs, yes and vice versa. Which why it's best to contact both.
